Terms of Service
Lowcountry AI LLC — Effective date: July 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern use of the software and services provided by Lowcountry AI LLC ("Lowcountry AI," "we," "us"), including lowcountryaisystems.com and applications that connect to third-party platforms (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
The Services provide tools for creating, editing, scheduling, publishing, and measuring content on social media accounts that you own or control. This includes automated and AI-assisted content preparation (for example, editing, captioning, and voiceover), scheduled publishing through platform-authorized interfaces, and performance reporting.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Services for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding any credentials used to access the Services.
3. Connected platforms
The Services operate on third-party platforms (such as TikTok and YouTube) only through accounts you connect and permissions you grant. You represent that you own or are authorized to manage each account you connect. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. Features that use YouTube API Services are additionally subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. We may suspend publishing to a connected account if we believe continued activity would violate a platform's rules.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you provide or direct the Services to prepare. You grant Lowcountry AI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, edit, and transmit that content solely to provide the Services — for example, to caption a video and publish it to an account you designate. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for the content you publish, including any third-party material it contains, and that your content and its publication will comply with applicable law and platform policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; to violate the terms of any connected platform; to interfere with or disrupt the Services; or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
6. Fees
Where the Services are provided for a fee, pricing and payment terms are set out in a separate written agreement or order. We may change pricing for future periods with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, that any platform will remain available or approve any particular content, or that use of the Services will produce any particular audience, engagement, or revenue outcome. Third-party platforms may change their interfaces, policies, or availability at any time, and those changes may affect the Services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lowcountry AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have paid nothing.
9. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Lowcountry AI harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or of a connected platform's terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services and disconnect linked accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms or if providing the Services becomes impracticable. Sections 4 (as to content already published at your direction), 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at lowcountryaisystems.com, and continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.
